What is the MORL?
The Midwest Online Racing League was formed by Mike Keller (PsycNitro)
in the "Ten Demo Days" with Nascar 3 and now runs a modified
NR2003. Everett Clark, "founder of Onlineracin.com" formed the
CRL also in the "Demo" days. Peter Dahlgren (Mobil1) took over
the CRL when Everett needed to spend more time on Onlineracin.com.
Both Leagues were formed to give members a place to have great racing
and make long standing friendships. The leagues ran separately, but collaborated
on such items as rules and penalty review. In November of 2001, the CRL-IROC
became part of the MORL Racing League.
What kind of racing can I do? The MORL races ARCA Sim Racing 2008 and Nascar
Racing 2003 Season by Papyrus on the NRT Servers. The MORL provides free racing for all drivers.

Message Board
What is Teamspeak, and do I need it?
Teamspeak is the voice chat program the MORL uses to conduct pre and post
race meetings. All members must download and install it prior to coming
to their first meeting. Try to make your Teamspeak
name match the name you choose to race with. Click here for download information and how to use
Teamspeak.
Where should I send my car file?
The MORL has a carfile manager and members will be given a username and password and be able to upload their own carfiles.
What mods do I need to race in the MORL?
The MORL uses the NEW Sprint Cup COT mod and you can download HERE from the great guys at Bullring! You will have to have NR2003 or NR2007 game installed to use this COT mod.
Where Do I Find The Tracks?
The MORL uses a lot of tracks that don't come with the game. This is done to make a better variety
of tracks so the same one aren't used over and over. Many of these track come with self extracting
zip files that automatically install. All you have to do is give the directory
of your game. The one that just come in a zip file you will have to create a track
folder. If you have never done
this you would go into the directory of your game and then the tracks
folder. You would then create a folder and match the name to the track.
Bristol would be bristol_asa. You then unzip all the files into that folder.
The track should then work in the game. The tracks can be download
HERE.
Are the rules enforced?
Yes, all of the rules are strictly enforced in the MORL with the help
of the members submitting and following the procedures for filing a complaint.
Members are responsible to know the rules of the series they race in.
"I think another member wrecked me on purpose or broke a rule, what
should I do"?
Follow the procedures outlined in the rules to handle this matter. We
don't allow in fighting between members at any time. Communication is
key to resolving problems.
